Here is screenshot of the door that I'm currently working on in Blender for the 3D Art Jam. I made the main window in Edit Mode by adding a loop cut with Ctrl R, right click on the Loop Tools tab, select the circle tab, go to Face Mode, select the faces and delete it. I also did the same thing with the door knob.

Here is a work in progress of the door I'm still working on in Blender. I was able to move some vertices from the top hole before using the Loop Tools to make a circle. Then, I also move some vertices up with G,Z. I realized that there was a ngon on one face so I ended up by selecting two vertices and pressed J to join it together.

Here is an update on the door. I started adding a cylinder in Object Mode and move it to the reference. I added a loop cut in the middle and moved it to where it bends to the end .I also added a bevel with 2 segments, scaled it up a little bit along with selecting the circle part and moved it to the end of the door handle.

Here is another update on the door so far. I selected the handle and moved it to the reference with G, X. I also selected the ends and used Loop Tools to make circles. Right now, I'm working on the main door. I have to figure out how to make the knob and the window thicker.

Here is another update of the door so far. I \was able to select faces with Shift Click and press the I key to inset. But, I'm still having an issue how to make it rounder.

Here is also another update on the door so far. I added a Subdivision Surface Modifier on the whole door. I also clicked the On Caged button next to the Edit Mode button to make the shape different to match the reference photo. Then, I made a loop cut on the top part of the door and moved it to the right to make it rounder. I even did the same thing with the left side.
For the bottom part of the door, I made another loop cut and brought it down.

This is the actual reference I'm using for the door.

Here is the the concept I was assigned to use as reference.
